I'm applying to become a volunteer Local Host for the PPKUSA program. By checking all boxes, I hereby agree to and understand each of these statements and conditions.

I am not allowed to and will not charge any participant to compete at the Local(s) I am hosting.

I will do my best to make sure all participants conform to the rules and regulations set forth in the PPKUSA program.

I will include information on how to support the PPKUSA program in all promotional materials and information and encourage individuals and businesses to please consider supporting PPKUSA to help keep it free for Hosts and Participants.

I will submit all of my competition information as required by PPKUSA in a timely manner as requested by PPKUSA.

I will ask all participants and their parents to please utilize the online registration system for PPKUSA to minimize the number of entries I myself will have to enter online.

I am subject to a National Background Check if required.

I agree to access only the information for my Local Event(s) when logged into the PPKUSA website. I also agree that I, nor anyone under my direction, will not review, download or share any information for any Event(s) that are not under my direct control and supervision. Finally, any and all sharing of participant or any other restricted information from the PPKUSA website must be approved by PPKU
